I am a mother, wife, sister, aunt, friend, pediatric physical therapist and a picture taker enthusiast. I use 100 percent natural light while shooting the subjects that inspire me most….. children. For me, photography started as a simple hobby after the birth of my own children and has blossomed into a successful business. Photographing children has truly been a natural extension of my background as a pediatric physical therapist. Working with kids of all abilities for over a decade has given me the tools to successfully work with children while maintaining a playful, relaxed atmosphere.

So all that is just the boring background information, but what I really want you to know is that I love photographing children and most times kids like being photographed by me. I have 2 goals and 1 rule while photographing children. Firstly I want to create beautiful images with a modern flair that celebrates the essence of your child. Secondly I want our sessions to be fun and as stress free as possible. I play and interact with your child while taking images that will serve as art in your home as well as capture the memories that will be most meaningful to you in the future. I prefer to “set the stage” with children rather than pose them and then just let cute kids do the cute things they do. My one and only rule is “no fake smiles ever” The smiles and expressions I intend to capture are real, honest, and unique to that child. I want to capture your most precious gift just as they are. Sweet, curious, mischievous, cautious, full of joy … your child and their personality not just what they look like.
